A FEW MORE CRAFTY CARDS.

This is a simple 5x7 card I made using HOTP papers, stamps and dies.

Another simple 5x7 card made using the "Simply Susan" set of stamps by HOTP code:1123.
I really like this set.

This was another attempt at a stamped collage using masks and various HOTP stamp sets.

A large A5 card this time for a friends 70th birthday. I used a butterfly dies from HOTP and the flower die is from Spellbinders and is called "Positively Me" code S5-143.

Well that's enough for now, will add some more soon.

I'M BACK AGAIN. :0)x

Hello again.

Because one of my lovely followers has been urging me for so long to pull myself together and get on with my blog (Thank you for the encouragement Ginny) I thought I'd better make an appearance.

Sorry I've been absent for so long, I do seem to go dormant over the winter months and just want to hibernate when it's cold.

Spring brings me some much needed mojo.

I have been crafting though and have made a few cards over the last few months -

Here's a some of them  -

I used the same layout on these four 7x5 cards but with different papers and embellishments.
The cats and dogs are die cut, quick, easy and simple.

This was my attempt at using masks to make a stamped collaged card topper. I coloured this with pencils, using the white pencil to blend the colours.

I made this 7x5 card for Mother's Day using the "Spun Sugar" Artful card set from HOTP.

And this 6x6 card from the same set. Great muted colours in this set.
The sentiment stamps are from Paula Pascual.

These simple 4x4 Easter cards were made by first adding the rabbit digitally to the distressed striped background then printed them off.
I added some black ink around the edges and a die cut the sentiment using Hot Off The Press dies "6 Labels and 2 swirls" set hotp-5318, the sentiments again are by Paula Pascual.

Well that's a few to start off with, I'll be back with some more very soon .. and a new set of digi stamps.

Thank you again to  Ginny for resparking my mojo.

CHRISTMAS TREE, OH CHRISTMAS TREE, YOUR ORNAMENTS ARE HISTORY - FREE DIGI

I drew this a few weeks ago thinking it might make a fun digi, knowing cats as I do and from my own past experience,  you usually have to keep an eye on the little critters when the Christmas tree is up.

Hope you like it

AMERICAN GOTHIC SNOWMAN CHRISTMAS DIGI

I've always liked the different versions people make of this famous American painting and thought I'd have a go at my own in digi form.
And as usual, just in case the digi is a little fiddly to colour I've made a coloured version and a ready made sheet too with backing paper and sentiments.

I hope you like it

CHRISTMAS, PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE DIGI.

I woke up this morning thinking about Christmas time and how much I look forward to this time of year and I got to thinking about the old saying "I felt like all my Christmases had come at once"

A bit of a silly saying really, BUT ...wouldn't that be grand, to have ALL your Christmases from past present and future to all come in one go, all those wonderful Christmas Days gone by spent with love ones that are no longer with us, all those lovely presents, tree's and decorations, the turkeys, the puddings and crackers ....

Well anyways, that was the inspiration for this rather strange Past, Present and Future digi.

As usual I've made a coloured version but I've also done a full page print off with topper, background and sentiments.

I hope you like them

SNOW PEOPLE, FRAMED CHRISTMAS DIGIS

Today I thought I'd make a couple of Christmas digis that have a frame which can be stamped in.
Maybe they'd be useful for using your Christmas sentiment stamps on, an embellishment or even a photo?

I've named them Monsieur et Madame De Flurry and as you can see Madame Flurry is a bit of a glamour puss and likes to dress up, especially at Christmas time.

I hope you like them.

BALLOON RIDE FREE DIGI

Another idea I've had in my head for a while which I thought would make a cool topper for Birthday cards or scrap booking.

I loved my days as a kid skating down the hill road just outside our house, you didn't have to put much effect in as the steep incline did all the work, just enjoy the wind whooshing through your hair (it was the 1960s and we all had long hair back then)  climbing back up the hill again however would've been a lot easier if I'd had these balloons.
